These terms govern use of the Go Drive Stream website and services.

Services and scope

Services, deliverables, timelines, plan inclusions, usage charges, and optional work are defined by the written scope for the selected plan or engagement.

Plans and billing

Subscriptions are billed at the selected monthly or annual price. Third-party usage charges and advertising spend are separate where applicable and will be identified before they are incurred.

Website and account access

GDS-built websites, hosting, CRM, and automations remain active while the applicable subscription is active. Account access and automations may pause after cancellation. Data export and any website transfer are handled according to the written scope.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain authorization for submitted business data, and use the services lawfully. GDS may pause work that creates a security, compliance, or abuse risk.
