CRM data can be exported after cancellation; a website transfer or buyout, if available, is quoted separately.

The quantity and cadence are confirmed in your written onboarding scope. Scale includes these capabilities, but it does not promise an unlimited amount of work.
Does Scale automatically include every location?
No. The included locations, users, and broader operating requirements are confirmed in the written scope before implementation.
Are advertising spend and third-party usage included?
No, unless your written scope explicitly says otherwise. Approved advertising spend, messaging, premium AI, and other third-party usage are separate.
Does Scale guarantee campaign results?
No. GDS provides systems, implementation, and support. Leads, rankings, revenue, and other business outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
